■当施設はスタッフが常駐しておりません。チェックイン時間は前日までにお知らせください。急な時間変更には対応できない場合がございますので早めのご連絡をお願い致します。
■寝具不要の小学生未満のお子様は添い寝をお願いします。（2名まで）（防水シーツをご用意しておりますのでご利用ください。）
■３連泊以上の場合、簡単な清掃、植木の水やり等でスタッフが入室させて頂く事もございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
■キャンセル料は以下の通り頂戴いたします
○当日：宿泊料金の１００％
○前日：宿泊料金の１００％
○14日前から2日前まで：宿泊料金の５０％
◯31日前から15日前まで：宿泊料の２５％
台風などで渡航不能な場合キャンセル料の適用はありません。
■キャンセル料などお客様へのご返金の場合は振込手数料を差し引いた金額でお客様口座へご返金いたします。ご了承くださいませ。

We accept only one group per day. Please confirm your reservation carefully to avoid cancellations.
■Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your payment to the designated bank account. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
■This facility does not have staff on-site at all times. Please inform us of your check-in time by the day before. We may not be able to accommodate sudden changes in time, so please contact us as early as possible.
■Children under elementary school age who do not require bedding must share a bed with their parents. (Up to 2 children) (Waterproof sheets are provided for your use.)
■For stays of 3 nights or more, staff may enter your room for simple cleaning, watering plants, etc. Please understand this in advance.
■Cancellation fees are as follows:
○On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
○The day before arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
○14 to 2 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
○31 to 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the accommodation fee
No cancellation fee applies if travel is impossible due to a typhoon or disasters.
■For refunds of cancellation fees, etc., the amount will be refunded to your account after deducting the bank transfer fee. Thank you for your understanding.
